Week-by-Week Sight Words Packets has been designed to provide you with a range of activities to support emerging and early readers. The activities in each unit systematically introduce and reinforce the first 100 most Quranic words. Each activity is presented in a simple layout that is both easy to understand and fun to complete.
The book is split into 10 units of study: each unit begins with a page that introduces ten new sight words, followed by five engaging activity sheets that provide children with repeated exposure to the allocated sight words.
The sheets are designed for quick and easy use. Because the directions are clear and easy to understand, they’re ideal for independent work as well as whole-class instruction. To encourage independent work, activities are numbered and ordered on a checklist so the student can check off when completed. There are also an allotted icon for each unit and a skill label for each activity.
